Hans has acquired extensive experience in investment banking and cross-border M&A processes, advising business owners, family groups and multinationals in divestitures, strategic acquisitions and capital raising projects, in Mexico and abroad.

He has advised clients in corporate finance processes in a variety of industries and sectors, such as: industrial, chemical, fintech, logistics, manufacturing, automotive, education, distribution, consumer, retail, tech, food and beverage, among others.

Prior to joining Serficor IMAP, he was part of the corporate and investment banking team at BBVA Frankfurt; evaluating and funding the expansion projects of German DAX30 companies in Spain, Latin America and Turkey. He was also part of the German Fintech Solactive AG.

He has more than 4 years of experience leading and guiding strategic, financial and transfer pricing strategy consulting projects in Latin America and Spain, acquired during his time at Grupo Consultor EFE’s management consulting team. 

Hans holds a master’s in finance with a concentration in Corporate Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, with a cooperation program at IE Business School, in Madrid. He holds a B.A. in International Business from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
