The sale of 100% of Julius-Globe Kft.'s business to NAVIGATOR Investments Nyrt. was successfully completed.
Founded in 1998, Julius-Globe Kft. deals with device design and construction, as well as precision CNC cutting. Almost 60% of its production is for export in its 1,700 square meter factory in Gy?rújbarát, equipped with modern machinery. During its operation, it was able to establish long-term and strong customer relations as a result of the high-quality production offered by the Company. Its customers include major international companies such as Siemens, Körber Group, Schaeffler Group, Koenig&Bauer Group, Coperion Group, Bridgestone, and Audi.
NAVIGATOR, operating on the BÉT Xtend market, is first and foremost a holding company specializing in generational change solutions with private equity investments, as well as corporate financing and strategic management. As an investor, NAVIGATOR primarily acquires and operates industrial production enterprises, and as Xtend Appointed Advisor (NOMAD) of BÉT, it has managed the listing, share issue and capital raising of numerous enterprises.
With the acquisition of Julius-Globe Kft., NAVIGATOR is following the strategy it adopted when entering the stock market, in which it aimed to build and operate a major industrial production company group through acquisitions. As a result of the transaction, a dynamically developing engineering company characterized by modern production technology and innovative R&D activity was added to NAVIGATOR's portfolio.
