SA Konstruktion & Bygg ("SA") specializes in construction services for both public and private real estate companies, primarily in Borås and Gothenburg. The company has a turnover of approximately EURO 25 million and approximately 60 employees. The three shareholders will continue in their current operational roles and reinvest a large portion of the purchase price in connection with the transaction, making them shareholders in the Circura Group.

SA becomes the 16th company within Circura, a group that specializes in building rehabilitation services in Sweden. SA strengthens Circura's position on the construction service market in Västra Götaland, where the Circura group established itself earlier this year with two acquisitions of Sjövalla and Gevab. The transaction also includes SA's subsidiaries SA K&B i Göteborg AB and Osdal Projektpartner AB.
