Asseco Adria SA, the Poland based acquisition vehicle created for making investments in IT companies and for providing IT services, has acquired 60% stake in Logos d.o.o, the Croatia based IT consulting and information solution provider from its founders. This transaction is in line with Asseco’s strategy of expanding its business in South-Eastern European sectors in the IT sectors.
