Production is predominantly for OEM customers according to individual design requirements in a rapidly changing fashion trend market.

MBI-Team Deimel / Huber, Germany

The company was taken over by two external managers:

- Mr. Manuel Deimel has many years of experience in the management of major and medium sized companies especially in distribution and production

- Dr. Hans-Joachim Huber has many years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, commercial management and financing

Sparkasse Dieburg, Germany

The financing of the company purchase was accomplished by the local savings bank of Dieburg together with the Helaba and the KFWe.
