Quoratio Group has strengthened its Finance & Control division with the acquisition of Fit Professionals of Finance.

With the acquisition of Fit Professionals of Finance, which operates from offices in Groningen and Zwolle and is particularly active in the northern Netherlands, Quoratio Group now has nationwide coverage, according to CEO Jochem Kentgens.

“With this acquisition, we have made a significant move. We are partnering with a company that has strong ties to its own region, enabling us to better serve our clients throughout the Netherlands,” said Kentgens.

Quoratio Group is active in seven areas: HR Process & Payroll, Healthcare, Finance & Control, Pensions, Know Your Customer, Social Domain & Benefits, and Digital & Data. The group has around 800 employees and a network of approximately 200 independent professionals.

The Finance & Control division consists of three brands: Verhoeve, Scope, and Vijzelaar. All three companies were acquired by Quoratio Group between 2019 and 2022. Fit Professionals of Finance will become the fourth company within the division and, like its sister companies, will continue to operate independently.

Fit Professionals of Finance specializes in the secondment of finance professionals, from entry-level to experienced financials. The core team consists of about sixty professionals.

According to Erik Botter, co-founder and partner of Fit Professionals of Finance, the acquisition offers many opportunities for the company. “The partnership with Quoratio Group means becoming part of a nationwide organization, which will create more diversity in assignments and sectors, allowing us to better support the development and needs of our professionals.”
