Steve Maddox, CEO, brings extensive depth of experience in consulting and operational execution. Steve most recently was the General Manager, Life Sciences and Process Systems for Saint-Gobain’s global operations for 6 business units. He has held worldwide P&L accountability for $500mm+ revenues from 26 factories, 6 countries, and over 2,500 people. Steve has built state-of-the-art international factories for individual customers, implemented new direct sales channels, accelerated growth, and improved profits in the regulated Pharmaceutical sector. In prior positions at St. Gobain, Steve held GM responsibilities for NorPro Catalytic Products & Process Ceramics and Director, Strategy & Planning for acquisitions, and portfolio management in Paris. 

Steve holds a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
