ABOUT US - IMAP HUNGARY

IMAP Hungary (Concorde MB Partners), assists owners of privately held companies and private equity and professional investment companies in carrying out merger and acquisition transactions in Hungary and beyond. We build on our experience in managing complex transaction situations and our international network of independent M&A consultants, IMAP. Our goal is to provide privately held, private equity and multinational companies with corporate finance, M&A, capital raising and strategic professional services, as well as capital market advisory services in conjunction with Concorde Securities Ltd.
Our mission is to be the leading company sales and acquisition advisor in these services, as the responsible member of our international network, IMAP in Hungary. According to Refinitiv Concorde MB Partners was the most productive M&A advisor in Hungary, having closed 77 M&A and financing transactions between 2014 and 2022. Also CMBP has the largest M&A team in Hungary with 20 colleagues.
