IMAP has advised the shareholders of AutoProtect GmbH, the leading specialist insurance broker in the automotive trade and a provider of digital automotive insurance solutions, on joining LEADING BROKERS UNITED as part of a strategic partnership. The brokerage division of the GGW Group will expand and enhance its service offering with the addition of AutoProtect’s strong team, which provides tailor-made insurance solutions for vehicle manufacturers, dealer associations and car dealerships.
Founded in 2017, the company has established itself as the market leader in automotive insurance in Germany and offers vehicle manufacturer banks and dealer associations outstanding expertise, including exclusive multi-risk policies for car dealerships and specialized OEM insurance concepts. As a result, AutoProtect already serves over 800 car dealerships across Germany as customers.
Working with the member companies of LEADING BROKERS UNITED opens up new opportunities for knowledge sharing as well as the development and distribution of innovative insurance solutions. In particular, AutoProtect's proven cooperation models offer great potential: car dealership policies offer comprehensive coverage for dealers and garages, while customized solutions for OEM financial services, manufacturer banks, exclusive distributors, and primary insurers are tailored to their specific needs.
LEADING BROKERS UNITED GmbH is an alliance of medium-sized, owner-managed insurance brokers that ranks among the top three in the DACH region and is also represented by strong partner companies in the Netherlands, France, Poland and Spain. With over 2,000 employees in more than 70 locations, it offers medium-sized clients market-leading specialist solutions for more than 30 sectors and lines of business. LEADING BROKERS UNITED GmbH, founded in 2022, is the holding company for the brokerage companies in the GGW Group.
"The partnership with GGW opens up new opportunities and growth potential for the continued development of our company.
