Gimv and management have agreed to sell ALT Technologies (“ALT”) to CCL Industries (“CCL”), the world’s largest label company.

ALT is a global converting company producing die-cut, self-adhesive and printed components for the automotive industry and other durable goods sectors.

During its partnership with Gimv, ALT strengthened its position as a trusted supplier to the global automotive industry, with a portfolio spanning occupant safety components, labels and other functional parts.

CCL’s Automotive, Electronics & Durables division (CCL Design) provides long-life, high-performance labeling and functional solutions to global manufacturers, making ALT a highly complementary addition to its capabilities and geographic footprint.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
