Jana joined IMAP Southeast Europe (for the second time) in 2024 as Senior Associate responsible for IMAP activities, marketing and office management, project support and research.

Prior to joining IMAP Jana gained 15+ years of international experience in various executive assistant and office management roles in Croatia and New Zealand. She worked in primary and tertiary education, distribution, business consulting, automotive and hi tech sectors. Most recently Jana spent over 3 years in Rimac Technology supporting the CTO and the management team and 4 years prior she worked as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to University Registrar and Operations teams at Massey University in New Zealand. Jana spent 7 years in IMAP SEE as Office Manager between 2007 and 2015.

Jana holds a BSc. in Geology and Geography from the Faculty of Science in Zagreb.
