Founded in 2007, Doran + Minehane is a boutique provider of specialist accountancy services to large institutional funds and global asset managers. The Company has expanded both its service offering and geographical presence, and now services clients out of five offices in Ireland, Singapore, and more recently the Cayman Islands.

Doran + Minehane employs c.100 staff, including 40 qualified accountants and the Company’s client base includes some of the largest investment managers and fund administrators globally. Synova’s capital investment will support Doran + Minehane to deliver on ambitious plans, built upon continued growth of their core offering alongside organic expansion into new geographies. Doran + Minehane will also benefit from additional funding from Synova to unlock selective strategic acquisitions to further both service line and geographical expansion.
