IMAP advises the shareholders of GDI on the acquisition by Elvaston Capital Management
GDI Gesellschaft für Datentechnik und Informationssysteme mbH, a provider of integrated and modular ERP software solutions, has been acquired by private equity investor Elvaston Capital Management. With this acquisition, Elvaston expands its portfolio in the ERP area.

Since its foundation in 1979, GDI has been developing commercial software for medium-sized companies at its location in Landau. With a wide range of ERP, CRM, accounting and human resources solutions, GDI is one of only a few full-service providers in the market.
The IMAP team consisting of Dr. Carsten Lehmann, Nils Keller, Lennart Hunold and Nicolas Geßner exclusively advised the shareholders of GDI within a structured M&A process and supported them in negotiating and successfully closing the transaction.
