IMAP advised Adams Network Engineering GmbH, a leading provider of engineering services for broadband expansion in Germany, as part of a succession solution on the sale to Netzkontor Group, a portfolio company of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. The Netzkontor Group is also acquiring the shares in KVS-Kraftfahrzeug-Vertrieb-Service GmbH, Adams' fleet management company.
With the acquisition, Netzkontor Group continues its strong growth strategy and gains with Adams an excellent addition in the areas of planning, installation and service. The brand Adams and the company will remain after the acquisition. In addition, the existing management of Adams will continue to accompany the future development.
