BiotoBio, company belonging to the EcorNaturaSì ecosystem, is a leader in the distribution of organic, health and free-from food products in Italy and abroad. It boasts a network of around 7,500 shops served through a well-established distribution network throughout Italy and is currently the distributor with the largest assortment in the Italian market, with over 10,000 references.

The acquisition - described by the management of Probios as "Transformational" - is part of the strategic plan of Probios and Agreen Capital to consolidate a leading European player for the distribution of natural and organic products.

As part of the transaction, the current majority shareholder EcorNaturaSì will reinvest part of the proceeds, thus maintaining a minority stake.
