Grupa Pracuj, the leading HR technology platform in Central and Eastern Europe, signed a definitive agreement to acquire softgarden e-recruiting, the HR tech leader in Germany and the DACH region, from Investcorp for a consideration of approximately EUR 118 million.

softgarden is among the leading HR tech players in Germany and also operates in other DACH and European markets, which will complement the group’s brands and operations in Central and Eastern Europe. The transaction is the first acquisition since the IPO in December ’21 and also delivers on a key strategic pillar announced during the roadshow, i.e. expansion outside of Poland.  The deal itself also marks one of the largest tech acquisitions of a Polish company outside the Polish market.

Trigon (IMAP Poland) acted as sole financial advisor and coordinator on the financing of the acquisition, marking the fourth closed transaction with Grupa Pracuj.
