Mischa brings a wealth of deal-making experience across various industries. Specializing in cross-border sell-side and buy-side mandates, he has successfully closed over 100 mid-market transactions during his 20+ year career. Known for his strong negotiation skills, Mischa has a proven track record of leading competitive sell-side processes, always prioritizing his clients' objectives.

Previously, Mischa worked in the corporate M&A departments of Swisscom and Syngenta, where he led strategic acquisitions on a global scale. At Syngenta, he also served as Global Controller for the $3 billion Seeds division and was Head of Finance for all strategic projects, including licensing, M&A, and investments, for the entire Syngenta Group.

Mischa holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and Controlling from the University of St. Gallen. He is fluent in English, German, and French.
