IMAP M&A Consultants AG (“IMAP”) has appointed Ralf-Georg Mittler to its Board of Directors with effect from 1 May 2025 and is aiming for further growth. Over the past years, IMAP has established itself as one of the leading M&A advisory firms in the owner-managed mid-market segment. Ralf-Georg Mittler's experience from more than 100 transactions and his strong network in the upper mid-market as well as in numerous corporations make him an ideal addition to the team.
Ralf-Georg holds a degree in business administration and has 24 years of management experience in the M&A division of Deutsche Bank Group, where he started his career 29 years ago. Since 2004, Mr. Mittler has led the M&A advisory team focusing on medium-sized companies. He has extensive deal experience in a wide range of sectors.
