Labour Power Company Acquires W&F Detacheringen

Labour Power Company (LPC) has acquired W&F Detacheringen, a staffing agency operating out of the Brabantse Kempen region. W&F Detacheringen specializes in mediating technically skilled personnel. This marks LPC's twelfth acquisition since its inception in 2020.

W&F Detacheringen Rooted in the Brabantse Kempen

Founder Han Jansen has spent the past decade building a staffing agency that operates within a 30-kilometer radius of its base in Bergeijk. The agency primarily focuses on metal, production, and cleaning companies in and around Eindhoven. Like other LPC companies, W&F relies heavily on international workers, who are intensively guided and housed in the Netherlands. W&F has international recruiters who work from the Netherlands. “By joining LPC, we can leverage their extensive foreign recruitment network,” says Han Jansen. “This allows us to better serve our clients and address the aging workforce, which will greatly impact our technical clients in the coming years.”

Intensive Collaboration with Job Invest

W&F Detacheringen will continue to operate as an independent label under the LPC banner and will be linked to Job Invest, based in ’s-Hertogenbosch. “We are thrilled with the strong customer base and high-quality service that W&F Detacheringen brings,” says Kevin van Kempen and Ralph van Iersel, who together form the management of Job Invest. W&F Detacheringen will remain based in Bergeijk, and an intensive collaboration will be established in both the commercial and back-office areas.

Significant Growth for LPC

Since its founding in January 2020, LPC has now acquired twelve companies. Annual revenue exceeds €400 million. According to Cor Konings, CEO of LPC, this acquisition strengthens their presence in the East Brabant region. “With Job Invest, HOBIJ, and now W&F Detacheringen, we have a strong representation in the metal sector, manufacturing, and food industry in this economically robust region,” says Konings.

The IMAP Netherlands team, led by Ron van Oeveren, exclusively advised Labour Power Company (LPC) in this transaction and supported them in the preparation, negotiation, and successful completion of the transaction.
