IMAP is pleased to announce that INVERLINK – IMAP Colombia, the leading investment bank in Latin America, successfully advised Sistemas y Asesorías de Colombia S.A. (‘SYAC’) on the sale of a 100% stake to Vela Software, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc – TSE:CSE (‘CSI’).
