Felderer AG, a specialist in ventilation and air conditioning technology, has been acquired by the listed Swedish group Lindab International AB. With the acquisition, Lindab significantly expands its current operations in Germany, multiplies its sales and gains a strong position throughout the country.

With 40 years of history, Felderer has positioned itself as a market leader in the ventilation technology sector. Felderer operates as one of the largest distributors of ventilation ducts, silencers, diffusers and fire protection products. The company achieved revenue of c. EUR 70 million in 2021. With seven locations in Germany, Felderer can handle projects nationwide and is also a key supplier for larger plant manufacturers. Felderer supplied the ventilation technology for the EZB Tower in Frankfurt and the ceremonial rooms in Neuschwanstein Castle.
Lindab International AB, Båstad, Sweden
Lindab, which is represented in 24 countries, primarily develops, manufactures and sells products and system solutions for simplified construction and for an improved indoor climate. With its approximately 4500 employees, the company achieved a revenue of EUR 903 million (SEK 9,648 million) in 2021.
