Screen Capital has acquired Globen i Svenljunga AB (Globen Lighting) together with the current CEO and co-owner Alexander Meyenberg Hall. Globen Lighting designs, manufactures, and sells interior lighting for both private and public environments. The head office is located in Svenljunga and through retailers the company exports lighting products to large parts of Europe and many other parts of the world.

Globen Lighting has had a very nice development in recent years and today the company is one of the major players in the lighting industry in Sweden. The change in ownership is part of a generational shift and with the aim of continuing the expansion of the company.

Screen Capital is a Swedish privately owned investment company that owns and develops small and medium-sized companies. Screen Capital’s ambition is to make good companies even better together with the company’s management.
