Founded in 2014, CoBuilders focuses on secondment and recruitment services within the construction, civil engineering, and installation technology sectors. The company connects medium- to highly-educated technical professionals with leading organisations across the Netherlands.

Concreto Group encompasses Siebert & Wassink, a prominent leader in recruitment, selection, assessments, and organisational consultancy across the north and east of the Netherlands, alongside Ventiv Engineers, which specialises in supporting innovative and industrial organisations. Recently, the Group expanded with the acquisition of CoBuilders as its third company.

Headquartered in Hengelo, with an additional office in Arnhem, CoBuilders has a strong regional presence in the eastern Netherlands and is poised for further regional expansion. With more than 115 professionals placed annually, CoBuilders leverages a well-established network of professionals. Renowned for its high-quality, service-oriented approach, the company delivers tailored workforce solutions through long-standing client relationships. This commitment has solidified its reputation as a reliable partner in the technical labour market and contributed to its strong top line growth.
