Provided assistance to Banca Popolare di Vicenza S.p.A. in L.C.A. and to Veneto Banca S.p.A. in L.C.A. in the disposal to BPER Banca S.p.A. and to Banca Popolare di Sondrio S.c.p.A. of a total stake of 39.99% in the capital of Arca Holding S.p.A., leading Italian asset management company, active in private banking and asset management, which also holds the entire capital of Arca Fondi SGR.

Activities performed:

• assistance in the analysis of the economic and financial situation of the business;
• assistance in the research of potential bidders and in the valuation of the strategic alternatives;
• origination of the transaction and assistance in defining the structure and the terms of transaction;
