The planning and construction of the office building with 23,000m² of rentable area and approximately 400 above & underground parking spaces took place under the direction of unit Gesellschaft für Projektentwicklung mbH, Darmstadt and is 100% rented by Deutsche Telekom AG.
The buyer is a German Foundation.
