Croatia's Atlantic Group is a leading European producer of sports food with the well-known Multipower brand, the largest regional producer of instant vitamin drinks and food supplements with Cedevita and Dietpharm brands, a prominent producer of personal care products as well as the leading distributor of consumer goods in South-Eastern Europe including Wrigley, Ferrero, Hipp, Johnson & Johnson and others. In 2008 Atlantic Group formed the leading private chain of pharmacies in Croatia under the brand Farmacia.

Sale of a 100% ownership share to Atlantic Group d.d. The transaction value was EUR 11.0 million. IMAP was the sell-side advisor to Fidifarm d.o.o. and Dietpharm d.o.o.
