Valamis Group Oy, an award-winning learning experience platform (LXP) provider, has sold a majority stake to Adelis Equity Partners. Adelis acquired shares from the passive shareholders as well as invested growth equity in the company through private offering. Current management-owners will continue in their roles and retain significant ownership going forward.
