Mahmoud develops investment strategies, executes investment mandates, and assists in decision-making for asset - based vehicles. He implements IFRS 9 and provides financial consultancy services. He has experience in managing portfolios in over 30 companies. 

He holds a BSc. (Accounting & Finance) from Zagazig University & FMVA, Corporate Finance Institute. He completed a portfolio selection and risk management course at Rice University (USA).
