John Koskiewicz is a Managing Director and a member of the Capstone Partners’ Financial Advisory Services group. John has more than 25 years of experience in turnaround management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, interim management and performance improvement.

Prior to joining Capstone Partners, John spent 12 years and held a leadership position in a large international consulting firm before turning his focus to the middle market where he led the turnaround and restructuring practice at a national boutique advisory firm. He has worked with a wide range of companies sized from $30 million to $25 billion in revenue, serving as an advisor and interim executive.

Throughout his career, John has advised companies, banks and boards across many industries. He has held interim executive positions in the SaaS, automobile, heavy equipment and distribution industries guiding companies through complex restructuring processes.
