Hussam leads the Abu Dhabi operations working on originating, executing, and placing transactions from several MENA countries such as Jordan, Iraq, Palestine, Egypt, Tunisia, and Lebanon.

Hussam has over 15 years of experience in M&A, private equity placements, due diligence, and transaction advisory services in the Middle East. He has extensive experience across multiple sectors in the realm of finance including financial management, portfolio management, and financial analysis.

Prior to joining Alpen Capital, Hussam worked as the financial manager of UAE based holding company. He has also worked as a portfolio manager of one of the most reputed family offices in the UAE.
