Hameed leads the Debt Execution Team and is responsible for structuring and raising finance in the commercial and capital markets. He also specializes in raising impact and development finance in emerging markets with an emphasis on ESG initiatives. 

Hameed has over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services and Banking Industry. He specializes in navigating the complex regulatory and cultural landscape of emerging markets and has strong relationships with key capital market providers, including Development Financial Institutions, Investment Banks, Private Equity Firms, and Specialized Lenders.

Prior to joining Alpen Capital, Hameed worked with Emirates Islamic Bank, Mashreq Bank and ANZ Grindlays Bank in various leadership roles. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
