Edmund is Managing Director of Verdant Capital (IMAP South Africa).  Prior to Verdant Capital, Edmund has worked at global investment banks including Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley and started his career in London in 2001, working in Africa since 2008.  He has completed over 100 M&A, equity and debt transaction in 30 different African countries, across the Middle East and Europe.  His sector experience is primarily in Financial Services, Technology, Telecoms and Agri-business. Edmund is a director of SAVCA, the industry body of the private equity industry in South Africa.

Edmund holds a degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge in England.
