With Katja Schult, the circle of partners is strengthened with an experienced colleague at the office in Hamburg
At the beginning of April, IMAP M&A Consultants AG strengthened its group of partners with the addition of Katja Schult from its own team.
Before joining IMAP, Katja was a founding member and Director of an M&A boutique in Munich. She started her career at IMAP in Mannheim in 2012. She has particular expertise in the Consumer & Retail and Automotive sectors. A major milestone in her career was the successful completion of the sale of C. Josef Lamy GmbH to Mitsubishi Pencil Company. Katja and her team also advised BOS GmbH & Co. KG on the entry of the ESSVP IV funds advised by Orlando Management AG and the Jäger Group on its sale to Serafin. She holds a Master of Mergers & Acquisitions (LL.M.) from the Frankfurt School of Finance.
"Excellence is not only about expertise, but also about the ability to inspire teams and drive innovative solutions. Katja has demonstrated this over the past few years. We are delighted to add her to our circle of partners," says Henning Graw, Managing Partner of IMAP.
