Capstone Partners advised Infinity Consulting Solutions (ICS)—a leading IT staffing and recruiting firm—on its sale to global organizational consulting firm Korn Ferry.

Founded in 2001 in New York, Infinity Consulting specializes in filling senior-level IT interim professional roles, with additional expertise in compliance and legal, accounting and finance, and human resources positions.

Capstone carefully choreographed ICS’s sell-side process to align with the improving economy and positioned ICS as a winner in light of the evolving workforce dynamics. Moreover, Capstone invested significant time with ICS management at the front-end of the process to ensure proper preparation in advance of buyer interactions and due diligence.
