Did you know we weren’t always called IMAP?

Our story began in 1973, in New Orleans, USA. A small group of independent firms, united by their need to grow, reach new markets, and create opportunities for clients, came together to form the National Association of Merger and Acquisition Consultants (NAMAC). But it wasn’t until 20 years later, following a transformative international journey, that we became IMAP (International Mergers & Acquisitions Partners).

Today we’re proud to be one of the world’s top ten middle-market M&A advisors, present in 51 countries and still growing. But one thing hasn’t changed over the years, our core mission and values. We continue to support and guide our clients at every stage of their company development, helping them to build solid, long-term success. We understand that by acting as trusted partners we can help businesses not only reach their growth needs but also make a lasting impact.
