IMAP is pleased to announce that Degroof Petercam – IMAP Belgium acted as exclusive financial adviser to the family shareholders of Jean Boutique on the sale of the company to Groupe Dufour.
Jean Boutique is an independent provider of industrial maintenance, plant assembly, heavy lifting and other transport and space rental services active in Wallonia, France and Luxembourg. It supports its operations with a proprietary, modern and diversified equipment fleet. Jean Boutique generates c. €20m in sales and has an EBITDA of c. €5m.
Groupe Dufour is a group of lifting, transportation, construction and engineering services providers. It is currently managed by the 3rd generation of the Dufour family. It generates c. €160m of sales.
Through this acquisition, Groupe Dufour intends to increase its market share in the fields of industrial maintenance, plant assembly, heavy lifting, logistics and civil engineering, as well as to strengthen its position and foothold in Belgium, particularly in the Walloon Region.
