Richard is Equity Partner at IMAP REDBAENK since 2005 and he is managing Prague office. He also served as Board Member of global IMAP Inc. He has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and since 1997 he is purely focused on merger & acquisition advisory. He has extensive knowledge of the Czech and Slovak markets and has developed a wide network of local and international contacts, specifically within CEE strategic groups, financial groups and M&A firms.

Richard has both technical and financial background. He holds a Masters of Construction Management from the Czech Technical University in Prague and he is certified valuation expert.
