Davide Campari-Milano SpA, a unit of Lagfin SCA, planned to acquire a 49% stake in Tannico e Wineplatform SpA, a Milan-based online retailer, from Boox Srl and P101 SGR SpA, for a total EUR 23.4 mil (USD 26.526 mil), in a privately negotiated transaction.
