Dr. Carsten Lehmann has been a Member of the Executive Board of IMAP in Germany since May 2016. Before that, Carsten spent more than 13 years of his M&A career at Bankhaus Lampe KG, a leading independent private bank owned at the time by the Dr. Oetker Group, where he developed and managed the M&A advisory team, before being promoted to the Executive Board of the bank. He also helped to initiate and build a private equity fund that structures direct investments for entrepreneurial private investors. Carsten started his career in a large German bank's equity capital markets team where he worked on various IPOs and secondary market transactions.
Carsten studied Economics in Tuebingen and Muenster, where he was awarded a PhD.
