On March 19th, 2024, City Green Light, a company active in the field of public lighting, energy efficiency and smart city services, closed the agreement to acquire the 100% of the capital of Termotecnica Sebina.
Termotecnica Sebina has been active since 1976 in the field of engineering, construction and maintenance of technological, mechanical and electrical plants, systems, special works and infrastructures.
The company boasts extensive experience in the industrial, transportation and infrastructure sectors, subservices and technological networks, including fiber optics, generation plants and distribution of renewable energy (cogeneration, hydroelectric, wind, photovoltaic).
Established in 2017 and backed by Fondo Italiano per l’Efficienza Energetica, Marguerite Infrastructure Italy II and Banca Europea degli Investimenti (through Ipin 2E), City Green Light is currently the leading independent operator in the public lighting industry in Italy. It operates in over 330 municipalities and boasts extensive experience in managing over 1 million lighting points, urban and extra-urban tunnels, surveillance systems and management and requalification of buildings.
The transaction allows City Green Light to strengthen its presence in the “Buildings” segment, expanding its portfolio of services in the energy efficiency sector.
