Axel Johnson International’s business group Transport Solutions strengthens its position in the Nordic market by the acquisition of the Swedish company CDS Produkter AB (CDS). CDS is a reseller of vehicle components, mainly lights to cars and heavy commercial vehicles.

Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Kungälv, north of Gothenburg, CDS is a reseller of vehicle components, mainly lights to cars and heavy commercial vehicles. CDS has a good company culture and has built up strong long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. The company supplies both private label products, white labeled products and products from well renowned global manufacturers. Their own private label brand” CAD”, launched in 2005, has had a great growth journey and now generates a significant part of the company’s sales and there is potential for further expansion.
