Based in Boston, Shannon manages Capstone Headwaters firm relations and core operations, including human resources, financial & office management, marketing and advertising, client administration and compliance. Prior to this, she managed operations at Claflin Capital Management, a venture capital firm in Boston and Lexecon Inc., an economic consulting firm in Cambridge. She was also responsible for investment banking operations at Robertson Stephens.

Sharon earned a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University and has a BA in Communication from Stonehill College.
