IMAP is pleased to announce that Degroof Petercam – IMAP France has advised Crédit Agricole Immobilier on the acquisition of Sudeco, a property management company and subsidiary of Casino Immobilier.
Founded in 1988, Sudeco is a property management company specialized in retail parks, shopping centers and logistics in France, primarily covering regional assets. Over the last few years, it has become a major player in retail property management, thanks to its efficient organization, digitalization of resources and a dynamic growth strategy.
With this acquisition, Crédit Agricole Immobilier is now the fourth-largest institutional property management player in France in terms of revenue, enabling the company to accelerate its strategic plan to become one of the top three leaders in the industry by 2025.
With this transaction, Degroof Petercam confirms its expertise in the Real Estate industry and its ability to assist major companies with their strategic acquisitions. This is the second time that Degroof Petercam has assisted Crédit Agricole on an M&A buy-side transaction in the last 18 months, following its acquisition in November 2021 of Olinn, a global leasing player.
The Degroof Petercam team included Frédéric Hébrard, Dimitri Dayan and Samuel Benarosch.
