The shareholders of AB&C Groep B.V., including majority shareholder Gate Invest, are transferring their shares in AB&C Groep to EPSA. The Dutch AB&C Groep consists of multiple companies that each offer business services across various sectors, based on their own entrepreneurship, expertise, and approach. AB&C Groep sees EPSA as a strong partner to further implement its long-term strategy, which includes a focus on international expansion. EPSA is an internationally operating consultancy organization, with businesses active in 35 countries worldwide. Under the ownership of EPSA, the companies within AB&C Groep will continue to operate autonomously.
AB&C Groep is the parent company behind well-known firms such as AevesBenefit and Boer & Croon, and is active in procurement and contract management consultancy, outsourcing, (digital) transformation consultancy, project and program management, RPA, interim management, and executive search. AB&C Groep and EPSA find common ground in their shared vision and complementary expertise.
The management of AB&C Groep, consisting of Sherief Abdalla (CEO), Claire Leussink-Nies (COO), Jaap Heeringa (CCO), and Lidia Drost (HR Director), will remain in place after the transaction. Sherief Abdalla will also join the executive board of EPSA.
The IMAP Netherlands team, led by Jean-Luc Zeguers, was the exclusive financial advisor to EPSA in the acquisition of AB&C Groep.
