Tencent Holdings acquired stake in Bloober Team from Rockbridge
Rockbridge TFI sold its entire stake in Bloober Team, the leading Polish game developer focused exclusively on the horror genre, to Tencent, the leading global platform for video game development, publishing, and operations dedicated to offering high quality interactive entertainment experiences to game players across the globe. Trigon (IMAP Poland) acted as financial advisor to Rockbridge.
