IMAP is pleased to announce the sale of IMPROMAT-COMPUTER, a leading Czech IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), to SUDOP Consulting and Information Technology (SUDOP CIT).
Established 30 years ago, IMPROMAT-COMPUTER, serves large corporate clients in the Telecommunications, Utilities, Banking, Insurance, and Industrial sectors. It has over 100 employees and generates €34 million in revenues. The company is ranked among the top five Czech HPE partners, maintains a network of service points throughout the country and provides a range of IT infrastructure services and support. It also represents hardware and software vendors such as Microsoft, HP, HPE, Sharp NEC, Red Hat, VMware, IBM, and Veeam, among others.
SUDOP CIT is a part of SUDOP GROUP, a leading Czech group of design, consulting and IT companies, with revenues over €200 million.
The IMAP team led by Richard Kovar and Milan Polasek exclusively advised the shareholders of IMPROMAT-COMPUTER through the entire M&A process. The transaction was carried out with Milan Maderyc and Petr Kozela, the founders of IMPROMAT-COMPUTER.
