With this transaction founder and managing director Alexander Ochs solved his succession and found the ideal partner to continue his lifework. Elevion Group further expands its portfolio in the HVAC sector and strengthens its presence in Southwest Germany.

The company's portfolio is complemented by the installation of measurement, control and regulation technology (MCR) and comprehensive customer service. As a full-service provider, the group's 160 employees plan, advise, install and maintain HVAC systems for public-sector customers property developers, various industrial clients, as well as facility managers and private customers.

With a focus on integrated energy services (ESCO), Elevion Group delivers solutions that seamlessly combine sustainable CO2 reductions, continuous energy efficiency improvements and significant energy cost savings for buildings and facilities. Elevion Group operates in 12 countries with around 60 consolidated companies and more than 4,700 employees. In 2022, the group completed projects with a total volume of around €900 million, around three-quarters of which are in Germany.

The team exclusively advised the shareholder of Alexander Ochs Group in a structured M&A process through all phases of the transaction.
