As part of the strategic review of its shareholdings, AEW Energie AG (AEW) has decided to sell its 27.3% stake in Fernwärme Siggenthal AG (FWS). FWS is stable and financially independent and has developed very positively in recent years since its foundation. An ideal buyer from the region was found in Regionalwerke AG Baden (RWB).
