Mallcomm is backed by Synova, one of Europe’s most innovative growth investors, and delivers asset management and tenant engagement solutions across the built environment.

The combined entity will unlock substantial synergies by expanding geographic footprint and enhancing both companies’ capabilities to serve new and existing customers.
