CVC Capital Partners and members of the Filipiak Family, shareholders of Comarch, reached an investment agreement aimed at creating a leading global brand with Polish heritage in the software space. The Filipiak family decided to cooperate with CVC Capital Partners to launch a tender offer for the Company's shares, with the intention of delisting from the stock market.
